Fully Cooked Bacon
At Raikes Farms we only use the finest quality pork bellies for our fully cooked bacon. Our bacon is all-natural, preservative free and we never use any nitrates, nitrites, or MSG! Our quality control is very specific to maintain a consistency that is 14 slices per inch and a consistent cooked color, width and length. We also only use the close trimmed center cut slice.
