Our story begins back in 2008 when we were looking for an all-natural, deli meats and cheeses for our multiple restaurants that we owned and operated. We were fed up with the cheap products filled with additives and fillers that the large meat companies offered at the time. That’s when we decided to partner with small farmers to develop our own private brand that only offered all-natural deli meats and cheeses. We wanted clean products that were antibiotic free, vegetarian grain fed, with no added hormones or nitrates. We also wanted it to be affordable to the end user. Once we started serving these products, not only did our restaurant sales increase by 20% immediately, our customer’s base and other restaurants started inquiring and requesting outside purchasing of our product line.
